Privacy Policy

Who we are

Meeral Collection (“we”, “us”) is a small business based in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan, selling handmade pipe-cleaner bouquets, keychains, lamps, artificial flower pots and other crafts. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone / WhatsApp number, delivery address, city and the items you order.
• Custom order content — the choices you make in the custom order builder, notes, and any reference photos you upload so we can craft your piece.
• Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to hear about new bouquets and crafts.
• Device-stored data — your cart, saved items and order history are kept in your own browser (local storage) so you can pick up where you left off.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, so no third party collects your browsing behaviour on this site.

How we use your information

• To confirm and fulfil your orders (cash on delivery or WhatsApp checkout).
• To deliver your order to the address you provide.
• To send you order status updates and, if you opt in, push notifications.
• To email you only if you subscribed, and to let you unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our products and service.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. Order details are only shared where necessary to run the store — for example with our hosting provider (MongoDB Atlas / Vercel) or delivery partners so your order can reach you. Reference photos you upload are used only to craft your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil and support your order and to keep our order history accurate. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every email lets you opt out in one tap.
• Access or delete — message us on WhatsApp or phone and we will show you what we hold about your orders or delete it.
• Clear device data — clearing your browser storage removes locally stored cart, saved items and order history.
