Terms & Conditions

Our products

Meeral Collection makes handmade products from pipe-cleaner flowers and materials — bouquets, keychains, lamps, artificial flower pots and custom pieces. Because every item is made by hand, small differences in colour, shape and finishing are natural and part of the charm. Product photos are representative and may not be identical to the piece you receive.

Placing an order

• Orders are placed on this website with Cash on Delivery (pay when your order arrives) or through WhatsApp checkout (we confirm your order with you personally).
• When your order is placed you will receive an order ID (for example MC-…). Keep it — you can track your order on the “My Orders” page of this device.
• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Delivery is free on orders above the amount shown at checkout; otherwise a flat delivery fee applies.

Custom orders

• Custom orders are priced after we review your choices — occasion, colours, size, wrapping and any reference photos.
• Photos you upload are used only to craft your order and are not shared elsewhere.
• Custom pieces take a little longer to make; we will confirm the price and expected delivery time before dispatch.

Delivery

• We deliver all over Pakistan with careful, protective packaging.
• Delivery times are estimates. We do our best to deliver on time and will keep you updated on your order status.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself from the “My Orders” page while its status is still Pending or Confirmed. Once your order is out for delivery or delivered, contact us directly and we will help.

Fair use & liability

• Products are for personal gifting and décor. Please do not resell our handmade pieces without asking us first.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
• We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies when you place an order.
